Compass program wraps up first year at Wayzata High

Another school year at Wayzata High has come and gone. This fall, many grads will head off to college and take their first steps toward discovering their career path. And thanks to a new program called Compass, around 60 students have already gotten a jump-start on exploring their potential future careers.

Compass, a professional career studies program, was introduced at the beginning of this school year. The hands-on learning method allows students to work alongside professionals while earning high school and college credit.
