Just in time for summer, restaurant ninetwentyfive will open Friday, June 16, inside The Hotel Landing at 925 Lake Street, Wayzata.
With Chef Ryan Lund at the helm, the restaurant will feature “New American” cuisine, assimilating flavors from traditional American cooking techniques with fresh, high-quality regional meats, cheeses and produce. Guests will also have options to choose from with the restaurant’s wide variety of food and beverage menus.
The modern dining room has a double-sided fireplace and street-side patio, a kissing booth that seats up to six guests and a wine room that features an extensive wine case and a communal table for 12.
Lund’s experience includes serving as executive chef at Kitchen Window Cooking School and Event Center, as well as a decade at Lucia’s Restaurant and Bar in Uptown Minneapolis.
Reservations will be taken via Open Table beginning June 2.
