One of the four people charged for the Sept. 25, 2016, murder and robbery of 16-year-old Minnetonka High School junior Samantha Burnette has been found guilty of two charges in the case.
Davonte Bobo, 24, of West St. Paul, has been convicted of second-degree murder and first-degree aggravated robbery and will be sentenced July 11. The maximum sentence is 40 years in prison for second-degree murder and 20 years in prison or a $35,000 fine, or both, for the first-degree aggravated robbery.
Bobo and three others were charged in the case.
