The Maple Plain Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at 5050 Independence Street on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. to review the following requests:
1. Wealth Protection Group (Applicant) and Reno Investment Group, LLC (Owner) request that the City consider the following action for the property located at 5159 Main Street East (PID No. 25-118-24-12-0053):
a. A variance to permit a sign that is internally lit and attached to the subject building.
2. Ashley Elmer, (Applicant/Owner) requests that the City consider the following action for the property located at 1335 Perkins Lane (PID No. 24-118-24-44-0066).
a. A conditional use permit to allow a home occupation to provide chiropractor services from the home located on the subject property.
